Clinical Overview
Provision of intensive care services for medically stable but critically ill patients who require continuous monitoring and advanced medical interventions. This includes ventilator management, tracheostomy care, central line care, complex medication infusions, and continuous vital sign monitoring, all under the direct supervision of critical care physicians.
Patient Eligibility
- Patients transitioning from hospital ICU who are hemodynamically stable but require ongoing ventilatory support, advanced life support equipment, or continuous skilled nursing observation. Requires a detailed medical assessment and physician approval.

24/7 critical care nurse presence. Continuous physiological monitoring with alarm systems. Regular equipment checks and maintenance. Strict infection control. Emergency response team on standby. Daily physician rounds (telemedicine or in-person) and comprehensive documentation of all parameters and interventions.
